Demolition
Interior and general demolition
Customers ask us where our work stops. It does not stop at the floor. If a part of the building must come out before the new work starts, the same crew removes it.
What we remove
Most customers find us for the floor. They then learn that we also do the other demolition. It is the same crew, the same containment and the same clean condition at the end.
- Interior walls that are not structural
- Framing and drywall
- Ceiling insulation
- Cabinets, counters and built-in furniture
- Small commercial and office demolition
- Waste removal on each job
People usually stay in the building
Most of our demolition work is in a house that people live in, or in a business that stays open. We seal the work areas and protect the routes. The other parts of the building continue in normal use.
Structural work
If a wall holds a load, you need an engineer and usually a permit before the wall comes out. We tell you when we think this is the condition. We do interior demolition that is not structural.
