Dust-free floor removal in Scottsdale, AZ
Scottsdale has the largest range of properties that we work in. It goes from condominiums in Old Town to very large houses in Silverleaf.
What we usually find in Scottsdale
North Scottsdale has the heaviest natural stone: travertine, marble and slate in very large rooms. The mortar beds are deep. The stone frequently continues out to the patio and the pool deck. On these jobs the schedule is several weeks, so the ability to stay in the house is most important.
Old Town, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch have a different problem. The properties are smaller, the units share walls, and the association controls the work hours and the elevator access. We manage those requirements as part of the job.

Questions about work in Scottsdale
-
Do you work in all of Scottsdale?
- Yes. We work in every neighborhood in Scottsdale and in the area around it. There is no travel fee in the Valley. This includes Old Town Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch, McCormick Ranch and all the areas between them.
-
How much does tile removal cost in Scottsdale?
- We give a price for each square foot. The price depends on the material. Travertine and marble costs less to remove than deep natural stone. Tell us the area and we give you a price during the telephone call. The price includes waste removal, and service work has no sales tax in Arizona.
-
Can I stay in my Scottsdale house while you work?
- Yes, and almost all of our customers do. We close the work area and hold it at a lower air pressure than the rooms around it. Each tool collects the dust at the point of contact. You always keep a route through the house and one bathroom that operates.
-
Do you also do demolition in Scottsdale?
- Yes. We remove kitchens and bathrooms. We also remove cabinets, drywall, framing and ceiling insulation, and we do small commercial demolition. The price includes waste removal.
One telephone call is usually sufficient.
Tell us the area in square feet and the material on the floor. We give you a price during the call. If you want us to measure the area, a visit takes 20 to 30 minutes.
