We work in all of the Valley.
These 7 cities are our primary areas. We also travel north to Flagstaff and south to Tucson when the job is sufficiently large. We do not add a travel fee in the Valley.

Cities we work in each week

Mesa
Mesa is our busiest city. It also has the largest range of houses that we work in, from 1970s homes in the west to new construction east of Signal Butte.

Chandler
Most of our work in Chandler is in houses from the late 1990s and the 2000s. These houses have a large quantity of travertine and 18-inch tile.

Gilbert
Gilbert has large houses from approximately 1998 to 2008. These houses usually have a large area of tile through all the main rooms.

Scottsdale
Scottsdale has the largest range of properties that we work in. It goes from condominiums in Old Town to very large houses in Silverleaf.

Queen Creek
Queen Creek has newer houses on larger lots. The removal work here is usually in a house that is not very old.

San Tan Valley
San Tan Valley is a planned community from the 2000s. The houses are consistent, so the jobs and the prices are easy to predict.

Gold Canyon
Gold Canyon is at the base of the Superstition Mountains. It has more custom houses than the other cities, so we find more natural stone and more outside stone.

We also travel outside the Valley.
We frequently do work outside the 7 primary cities. If your job is in a city on this list, or in a city that is not on it, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.

We give a price for each job that is a long distance from the Valley, because the travel is then a true cost. We tell you if the job is sensible for you.
