For the trade

Give us the removal work.

Most of our work comes from general contractors, flooring stores and installers who do not want to do the demolition. You sell the floor and you set the date. We remove the old floor, grind the slab and remove the debris.

Who we work for

Who our customers are.

  • General contractors

Give us the removal work and keep your schedule. We work in occupied houses and we do not cause callbacks. We finish before your other trades need the space.

  • Flooring retailers

Sell the floor, but do not do the demolition. Use our price for each square foot in your own price. Keep your margin.

  • Installers

Arrive at a slab that is ready. The thinset is off, the slab is flat and clean, and no adhesive remains. If it is not correct, we correct it before your installation day.

  • Property managers

Unit turnovers on a schedule, in buildings where other tenants live. The containment prevents complaints from the neighbors.

Why subcontract it

Demolition is the difficult part of your job.

It makes dust and noise. It also happens at the start of the job, when your customer makes a first opinion of you. It is the stage that most frequently causes a callback about dust in the air ducts.

A crew that does only this work removes that risk from you. It does not remove margin from your invoice.

  • Price For each square foot, given on the same day
  • Substrate Flat and ready when we finish
  • Disposal Included. Never a change order.
  • Occupancy Customers stay in the house
  • Schedule Around your installation date, as much as we can
  • Insurance A COI that names you as an additional insured

Trade questions

Do you give a trade price?
Yes. Established contractor partners get a partner price. Call us first so that we can set up your account. Regular work on a schedule has value to us, and the price shows that.
Will you work around my install date?
Yes. Tell us the installation date. We work around it as much as we can.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Each contractor that asks gets a certificate of insurance (COI). We name you as the certificate holder and we list you as an additional insured.
What happens if the slab is not ready?
We return and correct it before your installer starts. We prepared the slab, so its condition is our responsibility. We have not had to do this yet.
Do you handle commercial and after-hours work?
Yes, small commercial work. We can also work at night and at the weekend, so that the business stays open.
