Dust-free floor removal in Mesa, AZ
Mesa is our busiest city. It also has the largest range of houses that we work in, from 1970s homes in the west to new construction east of Signal Butte.
What we usually find in Mesa
Builders made much of central and west Mesa between 1960 and 1990. These houses have tile in thick mortar beds. Below that tile, we frequently find a second floor that the owner does not know about. These jobs take more time than the area suggests. We tell you this when we give the price, not on day 3.
East Mesa and the newer areas near Ellsworth and Signal Butte are different. They have large porcelain tile in the main rooms and carpet in the bedrooms. The tile is on thinset, not on a deep mortar bed. These jobs move quickly.

Questions about work in Mesa
-
Do you work in all of Mesa?
- Yes. We work in every neighborhood in Mesa and in the area around it. There is no travel fee in the Valley. This includes Dobson Ranch, Las Sendas, Red Mountain Ranch and all the areas between them.
-
How much does tile removal cost in Mesa?
- We give a price for each square foot. The price depends on the material. Ceramic tile in mortar beds costs less to remove than deep natural stone. Tell us the area and we give you a price during the telephone call. The price includes waste removal, and service work has no sales tax in Arizona.
-
Can I stay in my Mesa house while you work?
- Yes, and almost all of our customers do. We close the work area and hold it at a lower air pressure than the rooms around it. Each tool collects the dust at the point of contact. You always keep a route through the house and one bathroom that operates.
-
Do you also do demolition in Mesa?
- Yes. We remove kitchens and bathrooms. We also remove cabinets, drywall, framing and ceiling insulation, and we do small commercial demolition. The price includes waste removal.
One telephone call is usually sufficient.
Tell us the area in square feet and the material on the floor. We give you a price during the call. If you want us to measure the area, a visit takes 20 to 30 minutes.
