Floor removal
Floor installation
If you do not want a second contractor, we can also install the new floor. One company then does the full job.
One crew for the full job
The usual problem in a floor project is the change between 2 companies. The removal crew leaves and the installation crew arrives. If they do not agree about the condition of the slab, you must settle it.
When we do both parts, this problem does not exist. We prepared the slab, so its condition is our responsibility. There is also one schedule instead of 2.
When to keep your own installer
Much of our work comes from flooring stores and installers. They sell the material and they install it. If you already bought your floor from a company with its own crew, keep that crew. We remove the old floor and give them a slab that is ready. This is most of what we do.
Questions and answers
-
Do you supply the floor material?
- Tell us what you want. For many jobs it is better if you buy the material from a store. We then remove the old floor and install the new one.
-
Can you install if another company did the removal?
- Yes, but we examine the slab first. If the other company did not prepare the slab correctly, we tell you what it needs before we install a new floor on it.
