We remove floors and we do demolition.
Most customers find us for tile. Most of our work is the other demolition that comes with it. It is the same crew and the same containment. We remove all the waste from each job.
Floor removal
If it is attached to the floor, we remove it.
Each job includes the layer below the floor. This layer is thinset, a mortar bed, mastic or adhesive. We grind it to a slab that your installer can use on the same day.

Demolition
And the other demolition.
We remove cabinets, drywall, framing and insulation. We can remove a bathroom to the studs. We do interior demolition that is not structural, in houses that people live in and businesses that stay open.
New floors
Floor installation
If you do not want a second contractor, we can also install the new floor. One company then does the full job.
Much of our work comes from flooring stores and installers who install the floor themselves. If you already bought your floor from a company with its own crew, keep that crew. We remove the old floor and give them a slab that is ready. This is most of what we do.
How we give a price
Tell us the area. We tell you the price.
We give a price for each square foot. The price depends on the material. Ceramic tile on thinset is the lowest price. Travertine in a deep mortar bed is the highest. Tell us the area and the material, and we give you a price during the telephone call.
If you want us to measure the area, a visit takes 20 to 30 minutes. You get the price, the method and the schedule before we leave.
